We present the case of a 14-year-old female patient, previously healthy and with no relevant medical history, who presented with a tumor located in the left mandibular region that had been present for 2 months. She had previously received clindamycin twice without improvement. Upon physical examination, the patient was in good general condition and afebrile. She presented a reddish, hard-elastic, fluctuating, and painful tumor in the left mandibular region, measuring approximately 2 x 1 cm, which caused some facial asymmetry secondary to retraction.
