Abstract

Before the appearance of Dermatology Argentina, four dermatological journals were published in our country, but none belonged to the Argentine Society of Dermatology (SAD), an entity founded in 1934. After extensive and unproductive meetings with some of its editors, and exhausted the instances Due to rivalries and pettiness, in 1995 it was decided to launch Argentine Dermatology as a SAD publication.
